2. Orders & Payments

• All Rudrax X orders must be placed through our dedicated channels
• Premium orders require advance booking of at least 48 hours
• Payments must be made as per agreed terms with a minimum 50% advance payment
• We accept all major credit/debit cards, net banking, and premium digital payment options

3. Cancellations & Modifications

• Modifications to orders can be made up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled delivery will incur a 25% cancellation fee
• Please contact your dedicated Rudrax X representative for any changes to your order

4. Product Quality & Guarantee

Rudrax X guarantees premium quality for all products and services. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery for resolution.
